Registration and abstract submission for JESIUM 2022 will be done through Kongressi, a Finnish software tool.

Abstract submission deadline: 16 May 2022
Early bird registration deadline: 18 July 2022
Standard registration deadline: 12 September 2022 (after that on-site* fee is applicable)
Abstract submission
Abstracts will be submitted via a simple text box, without pictures etc. Firstly please choose whether you prefer to present a poster or give a talk, then choose one of the topics that best matches your abstract. The topics match the sessions.
The length of the abstract is limited to 400 words.
Note that we do not only go for traditional elements!
Conference fees
* A late registration is considered any registration being done after 12 Sep 2022, both in advance through the booking system and also on-site in Kuopio during the conference, or before the start of or during the conference for virtual participation.
** Note that there is only a limited number of seats at the restaurant, so make sure you book early.)

Important notice: Accommodation is NOT included in the conference ticket. Make sure you book your own room at a hotel of your choice in time. Check our recommendations with special price conditions under “venue & accommodation”.

Cancellation policy
For cancellations until 31 Aug 2022 a cancellation fee of 10% of the actual ticket price will be charged. For bookings cancelled between 1 Sep and 9 Oct 2022 a fee of 50% of the actual ticket price will be charged. After that no refunds will be made.
Am I eligible for the reduced membership fee?
To receive the reduced membership fee you have to be a member of a stable isotope society that demands fees from their members. Members of societies with no fees or of rather loose networks are not eligible for the reduced fee.
Please state the name of your society in the text field that appears after the “yes”. Note that we will check back with the societies’ members lists.

Please note the following additional information concerning data protection: At our events you will be asked to wear a name badge. Furthermore, at events organised by us photos might be taken or films shot, members of the press might attend, lectures might be transmitted virtually via a software still to be specified, there might also be video conferences or live streamings with or without recording. Upon request we will gladly provide you with more details, or ask us on-site during the event.
